During my past assignments, I had the opportunity to lead offshore and onsite multi-cultural teams totalizing more than 30 people of which up to 7 direct reports. These teams were operating from the US, India, Russia, Central and South America and EU; my objective being to always apply the best sourcing strategy for the project and the organization. Managing budgets and programs of more than $10M and 2K man/days, my target is to maximize the value for money and deliver high quality on time.
